Phone Contact For Ecommerce Business -

Hi, just one simple question: is it a legal requirement for an online-shop/ecommerce business to have a telephone contact on their website?

No. But you must display an email address, physical address and registration number. See here.
But you also need to keep your nominet and whois details up to date and these do require a telephone number.
