Possessory Title -

Hi Can anyone help?
I have recently bought a property which has a parcel of land that has possessory title. It was registered, i think, in 2001. I also have a document from a court claiming that the land has been used by the owners of the house since 1951, this was registered in 1984. When can I apply for the title to be made absolute? as it seems to conflict between 2 years to 12 years after it was registered so I am confused. regards holmesdaren
