Right to information on disolved businesses
25-09-2007, 07:24 PM
  #1

I was a co-Director in a business which failed and has been dissolved for some years. Recent information leads me to suspect that some of my co-directors had embezzled money from the company - resulting in the failure of the company.

Does a former Director or share-holder of a dissolved company have right to information held about the dissolved company?
