smoking shelter -

Hi,
Anyone know the rules regarding smoking shelters? I live next door to a nursing home and they have just erected an outdoor smoking shelter right by the fence and the smell of the smoke wafting in is disgusting. Is there a minimum distance it should be away rom my fence? Thanks Phil.

Have you tried talking to the management?
They may realise that they didn't take that in to consideration when they located it and agree to move it. If not, it might be worth talking to your local council.
