Wondering if there's someone here who could help me out.

1) Will this work as a terms of service?

2) Are there any holes in it?

Terms of Service
Unlike other sites, our terms of service is written in plain english so you can understand it. Please read through this list and check off all that apply to you.

I am serious about using this service to create a website and and willing to clearly display advertisements on all applicable pages of my website, in compliance with advertising rules.

I have chosen one clear idea for my website. If you haven't or are planning to offer multiple unrelated features, we suggest you revert to our planning stage.

For this idea, I have figured out a strategy for how my website will effectively stand out from the competition. Again, this is the purpose of the planning stage.

I am able to take feedback on my site, realizing that this is an important part of the
IsMyWebsite process.

I am registereing only one IsMyWebsite account, aware that each has the possibility of hosting multiple websites.

I will not use my website for illegal or inappropriate activities including spam, malicious code of any kind, scams, nudity, racism, any type of discriminatory activity, any criminal activity,
displaying or download of any copyright material, or anything else we disapprove of.

The information I am about to submit will be valid to the best of my knowledge and I grant IsMyWebsite permission to use it for account-related communication.

I take full legal responsibility for anything resulting from my access to this site. I also understand that my access to the site is a priviledge which can be revoked at any time for any reason.

Under no circumstance shall I attempt delibrate malicious damage to any servers or features, for any reason. If I find system vulnerabilities, it is my duty to report them immediately.

I am aware that agreeing to these terms legally means I fully understand and accept them.

Although it is very clear, I think some times legal terms are required just to make sure all the holes are plugged.

I would take your current list to a solicitor and get them to re-write it - they can do plain-english too.

Obviously, get quotes for the work but because you have already done the groundwork, the solicitors quotes should be lower.

Good Luck
