Hi to everyone!
I have just joined this forum and I am not sure which area to type a thread for some advice. It is regarding a partnership problem between my husband and his father. His father has always had a volatile character and is trying to give his 50% share of my husband's limited company to his 2 sisters. My husband's new tyre buisness is going really well and it seems his father is jealous and wants to spoil it. The tyre buisness is actually an umbrella buisness from another limited company buisness, which is no longer used. He will be speaking to his accountant tomorow but just wondered can anyone shed any light on his rights in this situation. His father has been very threatening and is saying he will put my husband into liquidation etc... Any advice would be greatly recieved.thank you Jo

You need professional advice on this one, 1. to get it right and 2. to reassure you that it will not fall apart.
