un-issued shares - 14-12-2007, 11:46 AM

Hi.
Can anyone help?
I want to know, in a private limited company by shares (English law).
What happens to the dividend belonging to un-issued shares.

A) are they left in a secure account. B) there are no dividend.
C) the dividend of the un-issued shares is divided among the issued shares.
I do not think c is legal. D) ?

Any help with this would be welcome.

Unissued shares are not entitled to dividends. Dividends are to be distributed only to existing shareholders.
