Flyer Idea – From one Vin to another -

Here is an idea for your flyer. Have tried to follow a few rules. Refraining from mentioning the thought behind it due to my belief that a creative should do its own talking.
Love brickbats as much as bouquets.

As a former landlord I think the service is a good idea. Can I make a couple of suggestions.
The headline needs to be easier to read - the reader will probably only give it seconds to deciding whether it is junk mail or relevant and right now the headline is hard to read because of the colour. Tools for building businesses that run without the owner there every day.
