i am to import a toy car and to market.need guidance to impliment this

well, i am suppose to import a baby car and to market. in my state, i wanna delever almost every where.in one district one dealer.
but, i have no idea about how to operate this, or how to select a dealer etc etc.
please be kind to guide me to make a plan in this regarding. and its of first in its kind. so, how can i introduce this in the market?? be kind to give much more guidelines in this regarding.
