A while ago while wearing my other hat as MD of an outsourced sales organisation I wrote a white paper on how important process is in effective selling. The paper was well received and I'd like to share it with you here.

Your experience and insight into these issues is obvious, and you might get further approval and contacts if I could encourage you to submit insights like this to our Editor, Nick de Cent (editor@modernselling.com) or perhaps join in on our forum if you prefer that format. There are related conversations in there about technology and sales processes, measurements, adoption, value of data and the like. Very interesting, anyway, and I look forward to speaking again.
