Bharaini,

Interesting question . It looks like you are preparing a business/marketing plan of some sort.

The 4 Ps are:

Product
Price
Promotion
Placement

The 4 Cs are:

Customer value
Convenience
Communication
Change

Hope it helps.

Regards,

Joel

Not sure we should say this but marketing companies use a lot of words to justify costs and where possible most companies will make things harder to understand to make the project take longer.

The very basic principles are :

Is there a need for your service/ product, if so who are the most likely people to buy and make sure you target them first.

What makes your product unique ( this is needed for lead generation)
What is the value proposition?
What is your comfort factor statement ( explained here but in simple terms shows that you have a track record, that you will be around in 6 months time, etc.

Before you spend money on the finer arts of selling and marketing , get the above right and start a continual improvement program i.e. when someone said no, what was the reason and how can we make this into a yes if this situation comes up again.
