Keep your money in your pocket.
You are far too late, in the category of clothing, and other categories for that matter. Most of the licensing rights has been bought by major players like Nike, Addidas etc. FYI major companies are already queing up to buy the licenses fro the 2014 World Cup.
Knowing that the clothing manufacturing in South Africa, has basically came to a halt, your only source is China, and then you run the risk of getting involved in counterfit products.
So not only will you land up broke, but also in Pretoria central jail.
