I personally like it. But it took me a few seconds to get a good read. Perhaps font-type, size, background color (could be lighter?) not sure. its subjective really.

How about objectives? What were the objectives in the brief which you managed to meet? I personally find little value in the creative. No freshness, no attention arresting element to open, no contrast with competition (differenciation) and no particular motivation to initiate action (pick the phone and call the mentioned number). Find what you did right before getting winded. Its a competitive world out there and only the best creatives will see the light of day. Compare yours to what is being showcased on bilboards and figure out if this work is what you want your signature on.
