Quick 2 questions:

1. Which country is the business incorporated in? What about offshore?
2. We intend to form a company out of China to invest (control) a company in China, any advise?

I would recommend that you speak to a tax professional regarding the selection of your offshore company. They should be able to recommend the most suitable country from which to operate your China based based business.
