I have upgraded you all and just to let you all know the site will be having a couple of changes on the home page so we can make extra room for the featured adverts which are all on rotation through out the site and to make the site a little more colourful without it all being so blue. As the site grows we will naturally add extra features and upgrade the site and keep you in the know. I want to keep the site clean and simple so everyone can use it with ease and so that potential customers can use it just as easily in sourcing a business.

You will see there are a few search options on the site and there are currently 3 on the home page so I am taken out the alphabetically listed search method on the home page as 2 is plenty and both work well and making more room for something else, like getting you seen and there is also the search on another page for those wanting to go indepth on thier search.

The site is for every one to have full control of your own advertising and I am just waiting for the web master to also integrate the referal sheme and as you know its not a 5 minute job but it is coming.

Thankyou for those of you whom have added the sites url to your site and thankyou to everyone for such great feedback.

I just visited your site with the intention of joining and listing my product but I was unable to find a link to register and when I tried to submit my listing clicking the links only gave this error

Your product wouldn't happen to be my idea that you stole from a copyrighted forum would it???

So since you want some advice i will give you some, I'm being fair in asking you to stop selling my work as your own, I have recieved a copy of the PDF file that you claim is your own work and its a word by word copy of a subject which i posted on a forum. Little did you know that any postings that are posted on this forum are eith copyrighted by the forum owners and myself.

I've made quite a few print outs from your postings all over the internet, and i compiled a file to hand over to my solicitor, for breaches of copyright.

so for all you members that don't know whats happening i'll explain....

I am the author of the material that Jadesdady is selling off as his own, Sorry about the delay in getting this post out but after seeking legal advice as to what to do i have decided to post the link here to the Simalert.Com site where i wrote the How to sell your sims for £££'s.

If those of you that have bought a copy of this then you have been conned by jadesdaddy as this information is freely available to members of the Simalert.com Forums.

I wrote the thread to help members sell their sims for ££££'s and all for Free. We had a week of Sim School where members could learn the best way to sell sims for more money than they would normally make on ebay.

I would like those people that recieved a copy of the PDF file to quickly look through the thread and see that it is indeed copied from my original work, which i put in a lot of time and effort. If i were you i would ask jadesdaddy for a refund as i will be taking this matter further with him for breaches of copyright from the Simalert.com site. Even though i wrote the thread for free, once posted on the Simalert servers it becomes the property of Simalert.com and therefore comes under mine and theirs copyright.

I have made copies of all these postings along with the posters details, to forward to my legal team that will be taking the matter further should jadesdaddy cease to continue to advertise this work as his own.

Reading through the posts, i realise that some of you may not of had paid for your copy, please do not, as all the information and more is freely available on the Simalert.com website as well as details of any other related information.

I will email you that have had a copy sent to you to ask you kindly if you would send me a copy. My arguement are not with the users here that were fooled into buying a copy of my material but with Jadesdaddy for serious breaches of copyright. I have also complained to Ebay with a bid to have his listings removed and perhaps a possible ban on the user concerned.

Simalert.com is a smashing site that users like myself spend a lot of time and effort in creating a great forum for helping other members in getting the best out of their free sims, Your all more than welcomed to register and speak to me personally tonight.

I thank you for your time, and Jadesdaddy, i'd think again before you copy others work and try to pass it off as your own, I'm giving you the opportunity to do the right thing and put a stop to this NOW!, believe me, i will take this matter further, i have the time and the money.
