If those of you that have bought a copy of this then you have been conned by jadesdaddy as this information is freely available to members of the Simalert.com Forums.

I wrote the thread to help members sell their sims for ££££'s and all for Free. We had a week of Sim School where members could learn the best way to sell sims for more money than they would normally make on ebay.

I would like those people that recieved a copy of the PDF file to quickly look through the thread and see that it is indeed copied from my original work, which i put in a lot of time and effort. If i were you i would ask jadesdaddy for a refund as i will be taking this matter further with him for breaches of copyright from the Simalert.com site. Even though i wrote the thread for free, once posted on the Simalert servers it becomes the property of Simalert.com and therefore comes under mine and theirs copyright.

I have made copies of all these postings along with the posters details, to forward to my legal team that will be taking the matter further should jadesdaddy cease to continue to advertise this work as his own.

Reading through the posts, i realise that some of you may not of had paid for your copy, please do not, as all the information and more is freely available on the Simalert.com website as well as details of any other related information.

I will email you that have had a copy sent to you to ask you kindly if you would send me a copy. My arguement are not with the users here that were fooled into buying a copy of my material but with Jadesdaddy for serious breaches of copyright. I have also complained to Ebay with a bid to have his listings removed and perhaps a possible ban on the user concerned.

Simalert.com is a smashing site that users like myself spend a lot of time and effort in creating a great forum for helping other members in getting the best out of their free sims, Your all more than welcomed to register and speak to me personally tonight.

I thank you for your time, and Jadesdaddy, i'd think again before you copy others work and try to pass it off as your own, I'm giving you the opportunity to do the right thing and put a stop to this NOW!, believe me, i will take this matter further, i have the time and the money.

I have no idea what this has to do with my offer on my business directory as its not related to my business directory at all and unsure why this post has been posted here in the middle of my offer?

Perhaps this is to highlight any wrong doings with this man?

123trades does not support bad companies or cowboys on its site and if anyone is found to be a cowboy they will be immediatly removed.

We will also require documented evidence and proof to ensure it is fully investigated by our team. That will include the registration on copyright of the material.

I too have had material stolen by another company so do not support copyright theft.

Thankyou for highlighting this so advertisers on my site are aware of the problem.

If you can provide me with the company name if it is on my directory it will be removed pending investigation into this allegation.

This is to protect the advertisers on the site.

It is a bank holiday weekend and like everyone, i like a break :-)

However the offer was stopped weeks ago and I stopped using this site due to alot of abuse being given to me in the threads.
I asked to be removed from the site and my threads by email to the site owner many weeks ago and assumed it had been done and wasnt aware it hadnt until now.

As a good will gesture I will upgrade you to silver only but if you wish to upgrade further you will need to do so via the site.

This offer to upgrade is no longer available to any new users wishing to go on the site.

The site does have the option to have a free listing and welcomes all businesses to take advantage of this option.

I would like to express that sites that are consisting of links and not offering a service will be removed.

One snag. The offer closed months ago :-( and I confirmed that again in this thread dated 30th April.
It is now July and if i upgrade you it would be unfair on other users whom have upgraded using the sites upgrade feature and at only £49.95 for a whole years advertising with a directory thats got so many features is a bargain :-)

I was going to charge alot more ha ha but decided to give value for money.
