I hope it isn't very inappropriate to do this on your forum, but I just wanted to make a noise about a free seminar being run by the company I work for.
It is entitled 'Brand Humanity', and we have a cracking line up of speakers, including Richard Carter from Virgin Retail, and Conor Gunn from BT.com. They'll be talking about all sort of things related to your online brand image, and how your customers perceive you from your online prescence.
Anyway, it should be a good day - nice venue, interesting topic, and great speakers. It's happening this coming Monday in Covent Garden, and we only have a few places left, so if you fancy it please sign up right away.
