Any better way than the local search engines!!! - 17-04-2008, 06:34 PM

Hi, I am engaged in a KPO and need to dig out the web for various projects that my clients offer. I know that we do have options of search engines but does anyone know anything better than a search engine like may be any software that can do some advanced searching rather than the basic search. I think that there are many outside there that may be searching for such a thing.

Thanks in advance!!!

Hi Cole,

Am not sure what you mean by a KPO but, we may have the tool that you are looking for; that can be deployed for a variety of purposes such as brand monitoring and competitive intelligence. Essentially it is based on search engine software and artificial intelligence and allows us to monitor various different types of internet sources on behalf of clients.

I have also used myself rather than on behalf of clients for one off investigative projects.

Hope that may be of help?

Carl
