It's because your snippet looks very spammy.

I wouldn't click on the link because it looks awful. The onpage optimisation is dreadful and seems to be done by someone who hasn't been keeping up to date with current developments.

I would also suggest that ""best time management" is not a phrase that many people would search on

According to google there are good number of searches but I suspect most of these are from the owners of the website!

There might be some problem which is related to the technical problem, but you don't have to worry about that, sometimes its happens that there is no traffic on your site but the work which has been done by you with dedication and commitment that brings your site on the first page of the google.

This post makes no sense at all.

I'm with Ian J - why would anyone search for best time management - it doesn't make sense. You would be better thinking about (and researching) terms that peope who are looking for time management courses actually search on.
Then you probably need to make your site description look a little less like a SPAM site/link farm

I think you should do a research about the keyword, then do it.

Hi,

Depends upon the quality and uniqueness of content for the keyword "Time Management" present on your site. Just keep in mind, any pages has a chance to get on first page. It just a matter of time. Sometime it takes one month and sometime it takes years.

It depends how many people search for your keyword. So even if your site rank number 1 for that keyword your traffic might still be low
