It depends on the site structures, page structure, the competition and a whole host of other features.
Haven't yet seen any evidence that leads to a blanket statement regarding preferred ranking criteria for any search engine.
So yes Bing might prefer certain on page features for a site but then so might Google. I have a site ranks ranks almost identical of both search engines, I haven't touched the site for years so I can only assume it is optimised for both. The rules haven't changed:
- Build your site for people not search engines.
- Use logical and hierarchal site and page structures.
- Ensure relevance is maintained across links.
- Don't try to trick the search engines
SE algo chasing is a self defeating exercise that may well bite you on the bum once they catch up and change the algo.
