For the money you are going to throw down the drain on that you would be better off looking for a website that you can get made professionally and which you would own.
Then, the time and effort you put in would all be for your benefit. There are lots of different things you could do which would result something really worthwhile. But, as they - there are none so blind as those who wont see. |

I get your point Squalid. Thanks
But I don't have enough money to pay for the development, construction, backup and then marketing of a website. A website that at this point would be selling.......what ? I've no ideas ! The company has done all the labour/investment and will have the product ready soon.....they have to be paid for that, they are a business after all. But, they've tried to work it in a way for the commissions to cover the costs. That part is down to me, promoting MY site enough to get the right amount of commissions.....so a lot of work is needed on my behalf. Hence the reason for my first post..whats the best way to optimise a forwarding site. Not the right place to ask that question apparently. Sorry chaps I DO understand your views, but time will tell. If I end up with egg on my face...don't worry I'll be the first to admit it ! But on the other hand I'd hate to walk away from it now to regret it later. |

There is nothibng you can do. The site is owned by the company, all you do is redirect to the site - just like everybody else.
There is ineffect only one site with thousands of domains pointing to that site. You can promote all you like but you appear to have no influence over the target site. This is at the root of the problem, everybody else who wants a piece of the pie will be doing the same thing, there are only a very few worthwhile sites who will carry your promotional material, most of them are only read by a very samll group of people so your chances of converting anybody are small. As to the games, there are a huge number of online games I can play for free - most players do not play for money they play for fun. If I wanted to make money there are more exciting methods than doing a jigsaw. Have you seen the 'social marketing' tag on the site? That means inundating members with 'carefully selected product messages'. Remember, when you signed up you agreed to accept any trash they send you. It's not going to work. A few members with thousands of sign-ups will make some money but for the most, they will be feeding on the scraps. Ever heard of Amway? |

in the first year you will be paying £979 to this company to log in to a jigsaw.
For £979 you could get yourself a website, hosting and have money left over to market it. You say you have no ideas - what are you interested in ? A site that offers information that people will want to visit can also make you money. Its not easy - but it will be alot easier than your current option. You will be in the situation of paying out the fees, realising that it doesnt work and desperately trying to get others to sign up to recover your costs, and when you do that you will be passing on something that you should have discarded yourself. Walk away now and dont regret it later. |

I was doing some research for someone and this thread popped up in the SERPs. It seems however that the revolution passed us by and nobody noticed.
Maybe the domain needs to be renamed from evolutioniscoming.com to evolutioncameandwent.com |

I haven't read through the first couple of pages of this thread in any great detail, but this isn't related to the uVme nonsense that seems, or seemed, to have everybody so excited, is it?
The only people 'systems' such as uVme benefit are those who created it, and the first half dozen who sign up and begin recruiting. After that your fighting for an ever smaller share of the revenue, and your success is governed by how unsuccessful at recruiting members other people have been. It's just about the most complicated pyramid scheme I've seen and will leave plenty of people out of pocket. I accompanied a friend of mine, who had been taken in by the promises of vast riches, to one of the uVme seminars...and I haven't laughed so much in a long time. Do yourself a favour and do not even consider forking out to line the creator's pockets, it's nothing short of madness. Take the money and invest it in your own site as has already been suggested, ensuring any traffic you generate benefits only you. When these sites hit 1,000,000 visitors a year, which they frequently do if handled correctly, you'll have a domain worth more than a few quid. And should you be lucky enough to reach 300,000 - 500,000 visitors a month, you'll be sitting on an absolute gold mine, either from advertising potential or simply from selling the site on. |
