Keyword optimzing for 500 hits a day -
17-11-2007, 06:43 AM
I'm a little new to SEO and have a question. I was watching a video tutorial online, and the guy (Allen Bullock) said if you want to get lots of traffic, I should search engine optimize for keywords with low competition. So if I search engine optimized for 10 -20 low competing words and got to the top for those terms, i could probably pull in 500 total hits a day.
So how does that exactly work? Would I duplicate my website 10 different times and create 10 different websites, and search engine optimize them for different key terms? Thanks in advance |

I think right now you should learn SEO articles and try to analyse search engine then start other things.

I think what they were trying to say was target 20 pages on your website for 20 different phrases where each gets 25 visitors a day, then 20 x 25 is 500 rather than putting all your efforts into the big money phrases. Even if you got 10 visits for each of those 20 pages you'll get 200 visitors a day - then build from there.
