very true Peter - once you get the results you can click through to Google, Yahoo and MSN and find that out. You can obviously cut out the the middle man and do it direct with google by typing in "link:" before your URL. But you all know that anyway.
Using the Google toolbar you can also see PR of the page you are on and then check backlinks. Funnily enough this is exactly how I found this forum, it was a back link to a page I was viewing. I am sure the software you are promoting cuts a lot of the leg work out. James |

I usually do it all by hand. I go and do a Google or Yahoo search and visit the top 5 or so websites. Then I check out their pages, view their HTML, see the PR rankings, etc. It takes a lot of time, but I like my hands on approach.

Yes, you are right.
There are somany softwares and webtools which can perform analysis and give us result with in few minutes. These softwares also carring out searching and submissions to a huge no of directories instantly. |
