New MSN search

Microsoft have their second beta new search engine available again - not sure for how long - have a look and do a search for your keywords to see where you are in their index :

Looks good, clean, a little slow but I can see it working. Have never used MSN before tosearch, always google...think I should diversify a little.

the links at present display in the same window...not sure if this is a good thing, I know that wanadoo display there pages in a separate window which i think is good, though not if you have a pop up blocker I suppose.

Did you find out where you are on your search terms at all ?

yep - it does go down now and again and can be slow - worth a try though - I can see this being big - ie: tied into IE etc

I sure hope that new MSN search goes into effect soon.
My site does very well on a certain term that has alluded me on Google.

My main site was 12th and on page two which won't be a great deal of help to me. For the search term "factoring" they have listed four domains that are all owned by the same company with similar content but with small cosmetic changes.

Three further sites are independent but have deep links to the other four.

Two of the sites are American with no interest to the UK market which leaves just one site that is independent and relevant.

I hope that people stick with Google where I am ranked third on the first page.
