Rss has some directories FeedPlex ,RSS Locator ,Security Protection , Finance Investing ,RSS Network using it.

Not a bad idea using RSS directories, I sorta assumed that as RSS is subscription based most people wouldn't go hunting around directories for feeds. How has RSS been helping people in relation to SEO because it kind of brings the website to them in a way so I wouldn't have thought it would attract many visitors.

Google it. You will be sure to find blog posts that contain this information. What are the RSS Directories anyways. I am not sure how they work nor what they actually do.

Usually i search the rss directories through Yahoo! in the following terms.
'keyword/topic' rss feed 'keyword/topic' rss directories
