We have a site at [url]www.investalist.co.uk[url] which has a database of cheap UK and foreign property. The site is about 6 months old and we have been keeping a close eye on our rankings especially our Google rankings. For the last few months the ankings on Yahoo have been stable but on Google we have been ranking between 7 and 1000 for the same search phrase on the same day. WE have put this down to still being in the Google sandbox. However rankings have now stabilised within the last week and we rank quite well, in fact on page 1, rank 1 on several common search phrases. I can wholeheartedly pass on the advice I was given for owners of new sites. Be patient. Don't take any shortcuts and you will eventually get the rankings.
