There's a lot of talk about certain "seo" companies on the forums at the moment. A lot of sites have recently been banned by Google.
Here's some advice.
NEVER agree to get an seo company to do work on your site when they have approached you - ever.
Reputable seo companies NEVER resort to telemarketing. They are too busy with satisfied customers to do this.
