Was showing on Google search but not anymore??????

I use Cubecart 3 for GoogleBase -----------everything ok there.

Except if I cut and paste a copy of an item that I have down loaded to Google Base & stick in Google search ..............nothing shows .........tried several items of my stock and zilch...............yet I know it has downloaded ok.

Now if I cut n paste same items from my store into say Yahoo ,they come up nearly top of the page.

Why can't Google see my store any more but other sites can?

Could someone be blocking me?

Have I upset them as I am not using adwords any more or is it something more spooky.

Up to last Thurday everything was fine ,was actually top the 1st page without adwords.

What keyword are referring about where you use to rank on the first Google SERP?

Try not to worry too much about being listed on Google, if you use the program Link Popularity Check as we do here you will find lots of websites are not listed on that engine, yet other engines will have 1000s listed.
We were listed on google 4 months ago, and they removed us too, but put your url in a Link checker program and see where your listed on better engines.

Google is the biggy..although I prefer yahoo your rankings will go up and down..part of the excitement!!

I can think of Yahoo and AltaVista that are much older and better than Google for searches on the internet, a lot of people like the name Google because it is the most new search engine, but I cannot see why that should make anything better, it is the only search engine that prevents good websites from being listed, I cannot see how that makes Google the best either.
Some older cars are better than new one's too, but people know that, and trust them much more too.
Sorry, but it is true, may hurt a few youngsters feeling though, but being an Internet user since it was started I have a good idea by now whats good or bad on it.

My site is rated in the top half dozen on all of the major search engines and tracking my visitors shows that 80% come via Google with the remainder coming from everywhere else.

Whatever it's faults Google is the search engine used by most people which makes it the one to target if you want site visibity

That is why I don't trust on software for SEO. Doing it naturally can increase your rankings and will give your site credibility in the long run.
