Its great that you actually found out, who stole all your theme. How do we or someone finds out that someone is Argentina has copied their whole site....

Thats is why we should all sign a service provider and mention all these issues ou there to protect ourselves.

I have since discovered Copyscape and when trying it out found yet another ******* who had copied huge lumps of text from my site as well as others. I threatened him too and the text was quickly changed whereupon I emailed the webmasters at the other plagiarised sites suggesting that they may like to try out Copyscape.

I discovered this page while googling for something completely different. On about page 19 of the results, Google intruigingly announced as follows:
In response to a complaint we received under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, we have removed 3 result(s) from this page. If you wish, you may read the DMCA complaint for these removed results.

A googleban has to be a pretty impressive threat!
