It looks like the media at long last now see that credit card fraud is charged back to the business owner rather than the banks. Took them long enough

A BBC investigation found £500m of fraud took place when failed attempts were taken into account. Although the article does not mention that all businesses suffer rather than banks, their piece on the news this morning did.
