Having a Focus -

Most start-up business owners' idea of target marketing is hitting everyone everywhere. Although that this is a classic scenario for most business owners, targetting anyone at all demographics is not necessarily a good thing as you would only end up exhausting a lot of your resources on wasted efforts. Having a particular focus is having strength in a specialized category. It is also an better way to manage your efforts and resources for most efficient results.

I totally agree. Concentrating on no more than 6/7 projects at once is the only way - any more and nothing gets done
