Allocating shareholding
29-06-2008, 11:06 AM

Hi

I am in the process of incorporating my company. It will be run by 3 family members. Myself and my wife will hold 90% of the shareholding and intend to split it 50/50 (45% s/h each).....is this the best way or should one of us hold a higher amount? Thanks!
