Cafe Business partner wanted

Hi there,

I purchased a cafe at the end of last year and have had a tough winter of repairs and investing. I am looking for a business partner to take the cafe further as 7 days per week is killing me..
It is a 36 seater inside 16 seater outside, in a lovely and very popular student and seaside town called Broadstairs Kent.

Experience not essential, a hard working and can do attitude is required.

A 50/50 partner, to commit themselves and half of the current defecit, being 25000, this cost being half of the lease and set up costs.
Someone who will invest in business expansion to maximise growth and return.
