Computers (Hardware and Software) Business -

Hello all.
Myself and a few associates are intending to set up a business in my local area selling computer hardware and software (bespoke and mainstream packages). I was wondering if anyone was aware of any tax laws or relief I need to be aware of (especially relief!) prior to setting up this venture? I have searched the HMRC website, which I find very confusing, and tried various searches on Google and have yet to find much. Hope you can help, even if it just gives me peace of mind. Thanks in advance. David
