I am soon to be appointed a Director of a company. Can anyone pleased advise me of what legal matters are. Thanks

I don't think there's enough space on one post to advise you properly - that's a pretty broad question. Do you have any specific concerns?

My Main concern is being fooled into beleiving i am one of the directors. Just wanted to know if there is legal binding processes that are to be undertaken when made a director i.e at companies house.

This is a good start: Company directors' responsibilities
You will have to be registered with companies house as a director, can't remember the form number but the company secretary will be able to download it from the companies house website.
