divided alloted share capital between voting and non voting shares

I would also like to divide my Company's allotted shares between voting and non voting shares - with approximately 12.5% (125 shares) out of the overall shares in the Company being non voting shares.
Does anyone know which forms I would need to fill in?

Also, how would it be possible to issue a portion of these shares specifically to someone?

Would it be possible to pass on these shares without payment - e.g. to Directors as part of the terms of agreement relating to their role?

If the share type would later be reverted back to voting shares - would this be possible?
