hello to everyone.

i recently had a limited compant incorporated via an online company.
i have no plans currently to use this company and have sent form ct41g dormant insert.

i was recently contacted by the online company offering to create a statutory register for me for a fee.

the questions i have are:

is there a generic set i can get as the company is dormant and no changes are expected?
could i create this myself?
i have a PDF version of my share certificate,
a PDF of certificate of incorporation and
a word doc showing memorandum and articles of association.

any info regarding this subject would be greatly received as i am a bit unsure.

with great thanks,

john (galaxyclass)

Every company is required to keep statutory registers – dormant or not. Having said that, however, it’s unlikely that anybody will be interested in seeing the registers of a dormant company.

Yes you can produce them yourself if you know the requirements but rather than waste time doing the research I’d have thought you’d be better off just paying £20 to a formation agent to send them to you.

Can you not get a set from whoever formed your company?

Regards

Joy
