Finding the right office space

I'm looking for advice on renting office space for a start up business expecting significant growth in the next year.
The Co. has in total 2 full time employees and will possibly be joined by a third part time worker during the first 4-6 months before projected expansion.
Ideally we would need flexible short term lease contracts that can be periodically renewed every month or quarterly. We may need to move to another more central address but will have to keep fixed costs down initially (and hence may initially compromise on location?). The ideas is that we would make limited no.s of business cards until we move to another location.
Having the same address and simply moving from a smaller to larger office would of course be ideal. Has anyone any ideas on flexible deals out there to this effect and how much it should cost?
I would appreciate any information on business incubator systems and the criteria required for a start up to get one.
Are portable phone lines easy to get hold of? 0203 no.s for e.g. would be ideal if I could take the no. to another location because they don't give away geographical location within London.
Any ideas on pricing, where I should look and just feedback on my ideas?
Thanks.
