Looking for Northwest Based Business Partner

Just a hello and quick call out to any businessmen/entrepeneurs in the North West area who may be looking for a partnership in the sandwich/coffee shop type area of retail.

I'm not looking at mobile catering as such more permanent premises anywhere within say a 20 mile radius of Manchester in all directions.

I'm looking for people who have some retail or good business experience (possibly catering) with the general idea to start small but look to expand quite fast.I'd be looking for things very much on a 50/50 basis both in initial outlay and effort within the business.
