The money.
The people.
The job.

Most people get two out of three, a few get all three. If you have none then maybe it's time to sell the business and do something else.

You can't change how you feel. What you can change is your mental attitude. I tend to set achievable goals that way it's a series of steps rather than an all in one approach.

As they say: you can't eat an elephant in one sitting.

It's about self-descipline and there are a zillion self-help books around out there to do it.

My suggestion would be the very simplest - go back and look at why you're doing what you're doing. Write yourself a long, long list of the positives. That should (re-)ignite your passion. And if it doesn't that should tell you something significant, too!

You have to use one liner thoughts that you compose on paper and read them over and over again until they change your mindset.

I have a copy of "Think and Grow Rich" that I've underlined key statements, I then read the hightlighted text.

You have a condition that your taking too seriously, you need to relax and refocus --start with little steps and then stay with you moves. Persistence is something that comes cheap, so practice it.

It's hard to keep going sometimes sure. But everyone has that. I love working for myself. Three things to keep in mind.

1. Only gamble with that which your prepared to loose.
2. Keep the faith
3. Exit Strategy

If you keep those three with you always you can't go that far wrong. Every enterprenuer has had a failure or two. You must protect yourself from digging a grave of debt your going find it hard and painful to climb out of. The holy grail doesn't exist, so don't believe it will save you. If after you've worked your ass off and your going nowhere it's time to get out.

Hi - if you're going to use Myers-Briggs as suggested above, I'd STONGLY suggest you get a full assessment done by a qualified practitioners! It's very useful but also quite easily mis-understood, particularly when done in half measures.
