Nearly There...final help needed -
04-08-2008, 05:44 PM
I have a business which has been in beta stage for 18 months, it is now at the stage of launch.
I have invested considerable time and money into the project to get it to this stage, and have 20% of the funds required to launch, however need to try and raise the outstanding capital through share options.
I am confident in my business model as is it based on realistic industry assumptions and performance during beta testing.
Achievement of just 0.01% market penetration, which we forecast by 2012, will create a annual turnover of £7.5 million per year, with operating profits of £3.1 million.
With projected growth at 50% less than that achieved by current industry leaders, turnover will increase to £18.8 million and operating profits of £7.9 million by 2017.
I have prepared a summary of my business and would like feedback as to what extra I would need to do before I present to the bank/investors to give me the best chance of raising the capital I need.
