Yes once you have registerd your company and all that and all the legal stuff is set up (if required) you'll need to launch your business.

This is why a business plan is so important.

Rather than rushing into setting everything up because you have a brilliant idea why not put those thoughts down on paper and make a plan of action.

Otherwise you'll have your company set up but no product or customers
