Owning A Shop -

Does anybody on here have any experience with owning a shop? (retail)
As I have said in a previous post, I am looking into buying a pet shop (although these are not that common so will be looking for a while!) or another type of shop that takes our fancy. I am looking for advice on owning a shop, such as what to take into consideration etc

I remember looking at this site some time ago: http://www.thelocalshop.com Not sure that there's much there that's relevant to a pet shop but you might find it useful. Regards Joy
