Im not exaclt sure...Handongroup would be able to help better...But ithink that the best way to do it is to copyright it. i am not sure how this works with things like that.
Also, i dont know if you ahev seen the advert for the new ideas things...but anyway, you call them up and they send a pack. In it you register and they help you out with whatever it is you need...for example, telling you how to patent it, and even help you to find buyers.
My dad has a friend who designed a new engine, which is 90% economical, so it burns VERY VERY Little. The thing about the engine is that it can be used on anything, from cars to trains. Anyway, he asked us to help him sell it, and we went to these people. Couldent do anything though, as the inventor had to sign it...but the inventor did manage to sell it to General Motors and Ford Motors for $20,000,000 all together... What i nice little investent.
