protecting your idea!

I have an idea to build my own product and wanted to register for the patent for it.
I would need to build a team in order to make this idea come true, so how do I protect this idea when I talk to my team?

Im not exaclt sure...Handongroup would be able to help better...But ithink that the best way to do it is to copyright it. i am not sure how this works with things like that.

Also, i dont know if you ahev seen the advert for the new ideas things...but anyway, you call them up and they send a pack. In it you register and they help you out with whatever it is you need...for example, telling you how to patent it, and even help you to find buyers.

My dad has a friend who designed a new engine, which is 90% economical, so it burns VERY VERY Little. The thing about the engine is that it can be used on anything, from cars to trains. Anyway, he asked us to help him sell it, and we went to these people. Couldent do anything though, as the inventor had to sign it...but the inventor did manage to sell it to General Motors and Ford Motors for $20,000,000 all together... What i nice little investent.

I think signing on a Non-Disclosure Agreement legally is the best thing you could do!
