Recouping my investment -

Hi
I have just invested £30k in my partners new Ltd company to enable her to start up the business. I am the sole director of the company but she will be doing all the setting up and running of the company. We are joint shareholders. I'm looking for a little advice as to where I stand with my investment. What happens if we were to separate, can I just withdraw my money from the bank providing it is there or if it has been spent just become a debtor to the company? Thanks in advance for your help. Get professional advice. This is a business transaction and should not be muddled with personal relationships.
