Hi
This is my first post, not sure if this is the right forum but here goes.
A couple of years ago I opened a joint business account with my partner. They have contributed zero to the business, other than a personal £1000 overdraft debt which is being paid for by the company. They are now refusing to remove their name from the account and the business. Can I as the primary account user have their name removed without their signature and without incuring legal costs?
No legal contracts were signed to start the partnership only the account agreement docs.
What can I do?
Thanks
M4rker

Things set up in haste and on friendly terms often go array. Depending on the monies involved professional help may be one way but costly and not always get the result you want. Try and settle yourselves amically as both parties often feel they contribute more than the other gives them credit for.
