Starting a clothing label - help needed!

Hey everyone,

Me and my business partner want to start a clothing label, starting off with t-shirts and going on from there. i have been looking on the net but i have been unable to find a decent 'how to' type guide to do this. we want to have the clothes made with our designs and labels in them.

Can anyone please give me some advice on where we need to start, what companies we need to deal with to make the clothes etc?
