Starting a new catering business - 27-06-2005, 09:03 PM

I’m currently thinking of starting a catering business in South Cheshire. The idea has plenty of mileage and would go well in the current market. I'm looking for potential investment or even a business partner.
If you would like to hear more then please leave a message or e-mail me direct for a chat.
Thanks for finding the time to read this.

Hi,

I've had a Bakery for 12 years, it's very hard work, so be warned I wish you the best of luck, if you need any advice when you get started, please feel free to contact me. My email is on the bottom of my BowBiz web site. My husband is a craftman baker, confectioner and second chef, so he has sorted out many a food problem.

Best Wishes

Jayne

Hi
I have just joined - I wondering if any of the above posters have had much success with getting their catering business off the ground.
I have launched my only catering business recently and wondering if anybody here would like to share ideas etc..

It has been a steep learning curve but enjoyable - I am already slowly building a client base.
Regards
Lorraine

Hello Jayne
I would post a link to my website so you can view the kind of thing we do - but I dont know if that is the sort of thing that is allowed here.

Basically I/we cater for weddings, buffets, parties, business lunches - that sort of thing.

I have always been involved with catering to some degree, I understand the product side - its more the running of a business that is the learning process.

Regards
Lorraine
