two business as one -
17-12-2007, 11:40 PM
ill try to explain this my apologies if im not making myself clear, im fairly new to all business rules so im sorry if there is a simple answer.
I currently run a very small business selling used cars. to generalise what i want to do is offer 'auto services' offering repair/servicing, valeting and offering supergard or similar protection to under cut dealer prices (if i can do that) as well as offering a transport/recovery service. i also still want to sell the cars but i want two names, "**** cars" and "****auto services" itsa only really to seperate for image and advertising, but at the end of the day i want to do combine the 'takings' into one business. is T/A the way to go?? any help or pointers gratefull. |

sole trader business is the correct term I think rather than sole trader company which implies incorporated status.
well in that case it's 'joe bloggs' trading as ***** Auto Services and joe bloggs' trading as ***** Cars assume you have looked into the pros and cons of incorporating or not? |
