why i can't reply to any post? -

i read a few post here and interested in these. but i can reply to them?
 after i submit a reply then usually showing this "Thank you for posting! Your post will not be visible until a moderator has approved it for posting. You will now be taken back to the forum. If you opted to post a poll, you will now be allowed to do so." but then, i never see anything post on there and which is mind. even i waiting for a half day ago.
